Dr. Sebastian Antony Ukken
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Sebastian is a seasoned technology and management professional with over 30 years of overall experience, including more than 25 years in the IT industry, bringing a rare blend of technical expertise, quality leadership, Governance and Business Excellence.
He holds a B.Tech in Applied Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and a Master of Science from BITS Pilani. Further strengthening his multidisciplinary expertise, he earned a Doctorate (PhD) in Management, with a focus that uniquely integrates Information Technology, Quality Management, and Human Resource Development — an uncommon combination that enables him to drive holistic organizational transformation.
Dr. Ukken has built an extensive career across leading multinational organizations, where he has consistently contributed to strategy formulation, enterprise-wide quality initiatives, process excellence, and operational governance. His work has significantly enhanced organizational maturity through global frameworks such as CMMI and ISO standards, and data-driven quality and productivity improvement models.
A strong advocate of continuous improvement and innovation, he has published research papers in reputed national and international journals, contributing thought leadership across quality systems, organizational performance, and technology-driven transformation. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member for leading Management and Engineering institutions.
His vision for the company is rooted in leveraging AI-driven platforms, structured processes, and human-centric innovation to create scalable and impactful solutions.
